Coaches

Coaches are the backbone of KAC SG as they not only ensure that the skill sets and abilities of current players are at international levels, but also guide the young talents that make up the future of the sport in Singapore throughout their development. 

As such, KAC SG holds its coaches at high standards both in terms of their qualifications and the responsibilities that they execute. As KAC SG works towards making Kabaddi a CCA sport in local schools, the need for coaches will no doubt increase and as such, the association is seeking out Kabaddi enthusiasts, who are interested in coaching. The association also concurrently works with its affiliates to work out courseware for the training of the coaches to train players at all levels of gameplay from U-15 school teams to the National Men’s team. 

The association will provide assessment and certification for trained coaches under the following levels: 

1. Kabaddi Coaching Level 1
2. Kabaddi Coaching Level 2

All coaches are required to be members of KAC SG in order for them to coach players and teams within Singapore.
